Membership Application

For Insitutional Member/s:

CBE accepts both stock and non-stock companies/organizations as institutional member, provided they adhere to the following:

  1. Have proven track record in strategic focus area/s, preferably on education;
  2. Have program thrust in any of the following priority areas:
    1. education ( in all levels),
    2. values formation,
    3. youth and OSY development,
    4. training and human development
    5. community engagement in education
    6. governance in education
    7. sustainable development of communities engaged in education development
    8. Health and nutrition ( school-based )

Along with the Membership Application, submit to CBE a copy of the following documents:

  • Organizational Profile (leaders/management staff/programs and services);
  • Constitution and by-laws;
  • VMG;
  • Company TIN and/or SEC Registration;
  • Office address and contact details ( including website )

For Individual Member/s:

CBE accepts accepts professional and students as individual member, provided they adhere to the following:

  • For Students – Aged 12-21 years old;
  • For Professionals – Aged 18 years old and above;
  • Professionals may come from any of the following sectors: Parents, Academe, Business, Civic, Media, Government, Non-Government and Out-of-School (OSY);
  • Committed to share CBE’s vision of “Creating Empowered Learning Communities”;
  • Willing to volunteer time and expertise in CBE activities and events.

Interested CBE members will be required to accomplish a Membership Form and Commitment Form. You must be endorsed by an existing CBE member. You may get a membership application form at the CBE Office or download it here on the site.
